Our mission is to deliver an authentic backyard BBQ flavor and experience.  That’s why our hamburgers and hotdogs are grilled to perfection over an open fire charcoal smoker using real natural wood chips.  Many restaurants are concerned about rapid table turnovers. But we refuse to compromise taste. So instead of pre-grilling our burgers and dogs, they are made to order.  The result is a hot, delicious, and fresh meal! So while it may be a lil’ cheaper and faster to visit the corner hotdog stand, it’s just not as good.
